Simple enough to manage without an in-house expert.
Built by people who understand compliance from the inside.
Ask most healthcare executives what their compliance program does and you get an honest answer: it is something they have to have. We don't argue with that. A program you have to have should at least be simple, sustainable, and relevant for your actual business.
We believe a compliance program can become more than an obligation. A good one is easy to manage and catches problems early. It makes the business better, not slower. And eventually it becomes proof that an organization has the integrity to be trusted.
That shift doesn't happen through annual training or a poster in the break room. It happens through architecture: a program built around the right risks, embedded in how the organization actually operates, and kept in motion year-round.
If all you need today is the box checked, we will check it properly with a program that works on day one and grows from there.
From obligation to trust. That is the reframe.
Provider organizations, healthcare vendors, and health plans all face compliance challenges. We've led compliance across all three. We know what is expected from each—and what regulators and customers demand of them all.
Provider organizations
Scaling compliance with your growth. Mid-market and growth-stage provider organizations carrying real regulatory exposure without the compliance infrastructure to match.
Vendors and ops partners
Earning credibility with your partners. Technology and services companies entering regulated markets and needing compliance programs that hold up to health system and health plan scrutiny.
Health plans
Managing compliance across your markets. Regional Medicare and Medicaid managed care organizations balancing compliance requirements across lines of business and geographies.
We quickly get to know you: how you operate, what your team can carry, and where your real risks live. From decades of experience, our judgment tells us what matters and what doesn't.
We build your right-sized program on our platform: your policies, your risk priorities, your operational calendar.
Our AI-powered platform surfaces the right activity at the right time and documents the work. Your attention and effort go where judgment is needed.

Lisa solves problems that sit at the intersection of law, compliance, and organizational reality.
She spent fifteen years as a healthcare regulatory and enforcement attorney, including as a partner and Health Care Practice Group Leader at Arent Fox and partner at Foley & Lardner.
She knows how regulators think — she spent years advising clients on exactly that. She carried that lens into practice as Chief Compliance Officer at Fresenius Medical Care North America, overseeing one of the most operationally complex compliance portfolios in the industry; as Chief Compliance Officer at LifePoint Health across a national system of community hospitals and physician practices; and as General Counsel at ScionHealth. In consulting, she has served as interim Chief Compliance Officer, change management advisor, and Executive in Residence at Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s College of Osteopathic Medicine.
She thinks in systems. She builds for culture. And she believes innovation isn’t a disruption to manage — it’s how the work gets better.
She holds a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude, and a B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Annie is who organizations call when the problem is complex and the stakes are high. She unites teams across compliance, legal, and operations.
Her approach is shaped by experience on both sides of the healthcare system: as a compliance executive, and as a patient and caregiver. That perspective gives her unusual clarity about what's actually at stake in healthcare's hardest problems — and the conviction to solve them.
She began her career in healthcare law at Arent Fox, before spending more than a decade at VNS Health, a $3B integrated provider and health plan. There she ran compliance, privacy, risk, and internal audit. She steered complex government investigations, and stood up the infrastructure to keep a system of that scale accountable. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, she was tapped to run their vaccine clinic, a massive and high-pressure operation. She delivered.
The instinct to step up and do whatever the moment demands defines how she leads. She now advises organizations on strategic redesign, operational restructuring, and implementing AI-driven solutions. Her focus is mentoring leaders and building compliance systems so solid the business can focus on what matters most: delivering world-class healthcare.
She holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law and a B.A. from UC Berkeley.
